It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of retired Bonney Lake Police Chief Don Frazier. Chief Frazier was hired as an officer with the City of Bonney Lake in 1971, was promoted to Lieutenant, and served as the Police Chief from 1978 to 2001. Coming out of retirement, he served as a Community Service Officer from 2003 to 2014. We are grateful for Chief Frazier’s 41 years of service to our community. He is remembered for having a calm and cool demeanor; his calm and thoughtful approach to law enforcement was passed down as a model to those who serve in the department today. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family.
