New Park Reservation System
We have switched to a new system for park reservations, starting 2/25/2025. All reservations will be made through the system, which includes an online payment system. Allan Yorke Field 5 will continue to follow the established reservation window.
How To Reserve
Several City parks and facilities are available for reservation; they are on a first come, first served basis.
**Parks Administration staff cannot make reservations on the behalf of the reserving party.**
HOW TO CREATE A RESERVATION
You must first create an account on the reservation page website. Upon creating an account, from the home page select the Park Rentals tab. Choose your available date and location then search using the green search button or select the facility calendar.
Park Shelter Reservations require a minimum of 2-BUSINESS days prior to reservation dates.
Sport Field reservations must have a Certificate of Insurance on file with the City. Field reservations require a minimum of 5-BUSINESS days prior and the Certificate of Insurance in the City’s possession at least FIVE (5) business days prior to the reservation date. All reservation payments must be made prior to final reservation confirmation.
Field reservation windows are:
Allan Yorke Park Fields 1 - 4 (Grass Fields): January 1 through January 31 for reservations to occur between March 1 and December 31. No reservations are allowed January 1 through February 28. Reservations will only be allowed for the current year (a year is January 1 – December 31).
Allan Yorke Park Field 5 (Multi-Sport Turf Field): January 1 through January 31 for reservations to occur between April 1 and June 30 and May 1 through May 31 for reservations to occur between July 1 and December 31. No reservations are allowed January 1 through March 31. Reservations will only be allowed for the current year (a year is January 1 – December 31).
