The City of Bonney Lake established a Hearing Examiner system to hold public hearings related to permits, appeals of administrative decisions, and code enforcement. Additional information on the Hearing Examiner system can be found in Bonney Lake Municipal Code (BLMC) Chapter 2.18.

How to Comment at a Public Hearing on a Permit Application
Comments from the public, stakeholders, and agencies with jurisdiction are encouraged. You may:
- Provide verbal comment in person or virtually at the public hearing.
- Provide written comment. Comments must be submitted:
- Email: Submit to [email protected] by 5 PM one business day prior to the scheduled hearing.
- Mail: Mail to City of Bonney Lake Public Services, Attn: Development Services, 21719 96th Street East, Buckley, WA 98321
- In Person: Submit in person at the public hearing.
