Administrative Determinations
Administrative determinations are explanations of the applicability of the Bonney Lake Municipal Code on specific situations or properties. Some administrative decisions apply so narrowly that a code update is not necessary, other administrative determinations may inspire code updates and be repealed at the time the code is changed.
The process to request an administrative determination is through the permit titled "Code Interpretation" under the planning permits listed on the Permit Center webpage.
