Request For Bids Bid Tabulation - Sale of Surplus Property (PDF)

• This project will replace approximately 203 linear feet of 8" PVC sewer amin on 77th Street Court East, reconnect side sewers, water service replacement, and hot mix asphalt surface restoration; as well as repairs of damaged 8" PVC sewer main on 205th Avenue East by replacing approximately 14 linear feet of the sewer main and reconnecting a 6" side sewer service.
• This project was awarded to SCI Infrastructure, LLC in January 2026.
• Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2026.

• This project consists of the installation of a pre-purchased generator and automatic transfer switch at the Public Safety Building.
• This project was awarded to MB Electric.
• Start date is still to be determined as parts are on order with a long lead time.

• This project includes rehabilitation and lining of concrete manholes and chemically sealing infiltration points.
• This project was awarded to Sun Coast Environmental NW Inc.
• Work to begin late Spring 2025.

• The project is currently in the design phase for the construction of a roundabout.
• The design consultant is SCJ Alliance

• This a commercial development project currently under construction.
• This project will provide multiple commercial structures located at 22911 Hwy 410 E.
