Office of the Prosecuting Attorney
Reporting to the Mayor and City Administrator, the Prosecuting Attorney is a city employee and coordinates with the contracted City Attorney’s Office as needed. The Prosecutor is responsible for professional legal work involving the prosecution of infractions and misdemeanors and handles animal hearings, drug forfeitures, and miscellaneous in-house legal matters.
