Office of the Prosecuting Attorney
The City of Bonney Lake contracts for prosecutorial services to support the fair and effective enforcement of local laws. The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is overseen by the Mayor and City Administrator and includes experienced in-house legal specialists. The Prosecuting Attorney provides legal services related to the prosecution of traffic and non-traffic infractions, misdemeanors, and gross misdemeanors and also handles animal hearings, drug forfeiture cases, and other in-house legal matters on behalf of the City.
