COVID Booster and Flu Vaccinations

Wednesday, September 29, 2021 
9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Free COVID-19 Vaccines (Moderna, J&J & Pfizer) and FLU Vaccines.  Please bring your insurance Card and Medicare Card, (Red, White & Blue card).
