Notice of Public Hearing Bonney Lake - Sumner Housing Action Plan

Below, please find a link to the notice of a public hearing on May 5, 2021 for Ordinance D21-31 to adopt the Bonney Lake-Sumner Housing Action Plan.  The ordinance does not make changes to the City’s code but instead adopts the Housing Action Plan which contains recommended actions that may or may not be prioritized by the City of Bonney Lake after the plan is adopted.  The Housing Action Plan includes a Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Action Plan. The Housing action Plan was developed with input from a citizen stakeholder committee and public forums.
