Below please find linked a Planning Notice of Land Use
Application – Optional SEPA Process for the Pierson Dock. The scope of
the project is SEPA review and a substantial development permit for the
installation of a dock as an accessory to a detached home.
If you choose to submit comments for this project please
reference the application number: PLN-2021-02519 Shoreline Substantial
Development Permit and/or PLN-2021-02520 SEPA. Comments should be
submitted in writing and are due by 5:00 p.m. on March 29, 2021.
